 Support During Covid-19

During this unprecedented time, many of us are experiencing increased stress

as our life & liberties are so drastically changed.

To help optimize this experience, I offer these short meditations as my gift

to you, hoping they may sooth your nervous system and guide your focus

in positive directions.

FREE MEDITATIONS for EASE & SUPPORT

Below are:

  •  "5-Minute Chill" which is actually 6.5 minutes but will help your body & mind relax.

  • "Getting Back to Sleep" - crafted guide for nights when you wake up and can't turn off the mind.

  • "De-Stress" - crafted to help release stress when feeling overwhelmed and before making decisions.

  • "Processing Difficult Emotions" - crafted to help process and release difficult emotions by noticing flow in emotional body sensations.

  • "Short Simple Guide to Mindful Eating" - crafted to increase your satisfaction when eating and lower your temptation to eat too much.

  • "Feel Good" - from the Unified Mindfulness system of Shinzen Young to cultivate positive feelings.  (This is a totally separate meditation from anything presented in Steph's "Feel Good" course.  They just have the same name because they share a similar goal.)

I hope you find these meditations to be helpful.  Please check back for more

(which will include meditations for an open heart & mind.)

An "ACT of KINDNESS" :

In response to the expressions of gratitude I have received, I invite you to do an

ACT of KINDNESS

to someone in your community - who you may not even know.

It could be waving as you social distance - or leaving flowers on a door.

Maybe you give to a charity, or make an effort to be patient & kind

during and after waiting in line.

Find your own Act of Kindness, and employ it as many times as feels good.

Thank you.
